Graduate Roles within Specialist Provisions

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit psychology graduates looking to get into the education sector to support teachers at a client school based in Cardiff.

The role requires candidates to work with either a small group or on a one to one basis at a client school based in Cardiff. The students that attend the client school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. These roles are perfect for psychology graduates who are looking for additional experience for further studies.

The successful graduate will be required to keep pupils on task to meet their learning aims and objectives, focusing on keeping them engaged with the lesson. You will be expected to work between 8:30-3:30 and supporting daily trips to the shop or park may be required.

We offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from £54.00-£60.00 based on experience. If you have something similar in mind, but this is not the right role for you, still send over your CV as we do have other roles available.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
