Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint Psychology graduates who are passionate about pursing a career in education. The role will start in September and will be full time, in a mainstream primary school based in Lambeth.

Your role as a Teaching Assistant will involve working in various SEN Schools, SEMH Settings.

The roles will involve working with pupils who have SEN or display signs of challenging behaviour, so would suit students who have either professional or personal experience working with vulnerable young people.

To be considered for the role students should have the below qualities:

  • Highly resilient
  • Have the ability to build positive relationships with Teachers and pupils
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils with SEN
  • Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour in a professional or personal capacity
