Role Overview

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
• Assist pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and other support requirements
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to enhance pupil progress

Previous experience or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential

Requirements

Teaching Personnel will assist you with:

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), if applicable
• Two professional references
