Online Teacher/Tutor

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 Teaching personnel are doing everything they can to offer maximum support to local schools and the educational system- we are recruiting for Online Teachers/Tutors to run online sessions with KS1-KS2 pupils across the area, prioritising the core subject matters such as english, maths and science.

This would be an extremely flexible role which would be perfectly suited for a candidate with other life commitments- this would be ideally suited to an FQT or HLTA who is able to plan and run engaging and thought provoking lessons to small groups of pupils. This would either be on a 1:1 basis with pupils- up to a maximum of four pupils per session. 

Our new online Teaching system Bramble allows you to share presentations to pupils online- each session will be using a webcam and microphone - therefore it is essential that applicatns have access to these at home.

Ideal candidate for the role:  

- FQT/HLTA status

-Safeguarding training

- Ability to plan and implement engaging lessons for pupils of all abilities 

-Strong knowledge of the UK Primary curriculum 

- Ability to manage small groups of pupils

- Experience working with pupils on a 1:1 basis 

- Enhanced Childs workforce DBS on the Update service (we can help with this)

- Uk address and right to work 

- IT knowledge and the use of a functioning webcam and microphone
