About Us:
We work with a range of schools across Lymington, providing high-quality supply teachers to cover short-term assignments. Our partner schools are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Key Stage 2 teacher to step in and support their pupils in a variety of subjects and year groups, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and students continue to make progress.

The Role:
As a day-to-day supply teacher, you’ll step into a range of classrooms within Key Stage 2, delivering pre-planned lessons and managing the classroom in a positive and productive way. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are looking for a flexible working schedule while continuing to make a difference in students' learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively to Key Stage 2 students.

• Manage classroom behavior in a constructive and positive manner.

• Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and supported throughout the lesson.

• Provide feedback to the school on student progress and behavior.

• Adapt to different teaching environments and school settings.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Previous teaching experience in Key Stage 2 (preferred but not essential).

• Strong classroom management skills.

• A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to teaching.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
