The Role:
As a Primary Teacher working across various schools in Southampton, you will have the chance to work in different settings, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to children from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 2. These flexible, temporary roles are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, enjoy adapting to new environments, and want to make a positive impact on students' learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across multiple year groups (KS1 & KS2)

• Adapt to different school settings and maintain consistency in teaching and learning

• Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive, inclusive environment

• Ensure progress for all students by providing tailored support and challenges where needed

• Follow lesson plans and provide feedback on student progress

• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for students in each class

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

• Experience teaching across different year groups in primary school

• Flexible, professional, and confident in managing classrooms in a variety of school settings

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Passionate about helping children learn and succeed in a diverse environment

• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate with different teams
