The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join us on a flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across various year groups and subjects, providing cover for staff absences and helping maintain a continuous learning experience for our students. Whether you’re available for full-time or part-time work, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in different classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of primary year groups

• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity in learning for all students

• Effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive, supportive environment

• Provide individualized support to students as required, catering to different learning needs

• Work collaboratively with the school team to ensure high standards of education

• Provide feedback to staff on student progress and any classroom observations

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

• A flexible, adaptable, and professional approach to supply teaching

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow lesson plans with confidence

• Previous experience teaching in primary schools is desirable, but not essential

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping children thrive in their learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
