Key Stage 1 Teacher – Totton, Hampshire
Location: Totton, Hampshire
Salary: Competitive

Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Totton? We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team and inspire young learners in their educational journey.

The Role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of young learners, ensuring that every child achieves their potential. You will work closely with fellow teachers and support staff to create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.

  • Provide differentiated support to ensure every child’s individual learning needs are met.

  • Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment with strong behavior management.

  • Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents.

  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferred but not essential).

  • A passion for working with young children and a creative approach to learning.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
