We are delighted to be working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in the Lyme Regis / Bridport area who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. The Role:

• Teach a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Use assessment effectively to support pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership
• Build strong relationships with pupils and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience or confidence teaching Year 3 / Lower KS2
• Be enthusiastic, organised and reflective in their practice
• Have high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement
• Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team
