Teachers – Primary & Middle Schools

Location: Verwood, Dorset
Contract: Flexible / Ongoing Cover & Teaching Opportunities
Start Date: By agreement

Are you a flexible and enthusiastic teacher looking for opportunities across a variety of school settings?

We are currently working with a range of welcoming primary and middle schools in and around Verwood who are seeking confident and adaptable teachers to support with cover and classroom teaching. These roles offer a mix of short-term and longer-term opportunities across Primary and Middle School settings, making them ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility.

Schools are particularly keen to hear from teachers with SEN experience, who are confident supporting inclusive practice within the classroom.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Primary and Middle School age ranges
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEN
  • Provide high-quality classroom cover and continuity of learning
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be happy working across Primary and Middle School settings
  • Have SEN experience (preferable)
  • Hold a DBS on the Update Service (preferable)
  • Be able to drive or reliably commute to schools in the Verwood area
  • Be adaptable, reliable and proactive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
