Classroom Teacher

Location: Wareham, Dorset
Contract: Monday to Friday
Salary: Paid to scale
Start Date: By agreement

We are pleased to be working with a friendly and welcoming school in Wareham who are seeking a Classroom Teacher to join their team on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis. The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a positive, well-structured classroom environment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive staff team
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to high standards
  • Have a positive, reflective approach to teaching and learning
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
  • Be dedicated to supporting pupils’ progress and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
