KS2 Teacher – Make a Difference This Summer Term

Location: Swanage, Dorset
Key Stage: KS2
Salary: Paid to scale
Contract: Now until May (with strong likelihood of continuing until July)

We are delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Swanage who are seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team for the remainder of the academic year. The role is initially required until May, with a strong possibility of extending through to July, offering both stability and continuity.

The Role:

  • Teach a KS2 class, delivering engaging and purposeful lessons
  • Create an inclusive, positive classroom where every child feels valued
  • Use assessment effectively to support progress and build confidence
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency
  • Inspire, challenge and support pupils to achieve their best

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience or confidence teaching KS2
  • Be enthusiastic, organised and child-centred in their approach
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
  • Bring positivity, creativity and commitment into the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
