Primary Teacher required for short term and supply work.
Teaching Personnel is looking for Primary Teachers to fill roles in the Bournemouth and surrounding areas. The current opportunities are to fill short term and supply positions, with the possibility for the right candidate to develop into long term roles. You should be passionate about teaching and have strong behavioural management skills. The right candidate will be working with pupils from the ages of 5-11 years.
The role:
Establish an engaging and stimulating classroom environment. Support and guide the children on the relevant curriculum. Build good relationships with the staff and pupils. Willing to go the extra mile for the students and take on responsibilities throughout the school.
The candidate:
Hold the relevant qualifications. You will need to be approachable teacher who is willing to adapt to whatever the school day brings. Have strong communication skills. You will inspire and enthuse the students helping raise their attainment levels. Excellent classroom management.
