I am looking to recruit primary school teachers within Scarborough to work in one of our client schools. Those who apply will be able to benefit from an experienced and specialist team who will provide you with a variety of job opportunities, either flexible, day to day working or longer term assignments.

The client school requires teachers who work there to follow their ethos and work towards fulfilling their aims and principals. They believe that their pupils should be challenged and empowered to do their best and be their best at all times. Pupils should be valued and respected, and taught to treat others with respect and tolerance. The school encourage students to be resilient and independent, and enjoy their time at school to love learning and have the desire to succeed. These principles underpin the curriculum and school community. The school endeavour that all children are nurtured, challenged and inspired so they all achieve the best outcome during their time at the school and make a positive contribution to the wider society.

Successful candidates must have experience of teaching the primary school curriculum and be confident in teaching this in this client school as well as in other client schools. You must be able to successfully differentiate your teaching style to meet the needs of all children within the classroom, and be confident in providing extra assistance for those with additional needs to order to assist further with their development.

Applications are encouraged from Newly Qualified Teachers, and those who have extensive experience of teaching the primary school curriculum.

Desirable attributes; SEN experience, especially Challenging Behaviour. Forest School knowledge and the ability and confidence to teach this. A full, clean driving licence which can open up working opportunities.
