We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Daventry. These schools pride themselves on creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child is encouraged to succeed.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

• Deliver small group interventions to boost attainment

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH or EAL needs

• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning

This role is ideal for experienced TAs, graduates considering teaching, or individuals with childcare, youth work or care backgrounds.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting

• A calm, patient and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting pupil development

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
