Teaching Personnel are working exclusively with a School in the Darwen area to supply teachers on a regular basis. The school are larger than average and with this they have a number of supply days to cover through sickness, course cover and staffing appraisals. As the school are working in partnership with Teaching Personnel, in order to work in this environment you must be fully registered with the agency and pass the full vetting registration process. The process involves an initial conversation with the Blackburn with Darwen consultant; a face to face interview; followed by the completion of your references and DBS.

This opens a range of opportunities for the supply staff with Teaching Personnel to gain regular work and good experiences in a school working with a number of challenging children. The school are always keen to meet new supply teachers as well as asking for the 'regular teachers' to come back who are on the 'good list'. If you are newly or fully inducted, then there are the same amount of opportunities in this school.
