Congratulations! You have completed your PGCE, you’re ready to begin your career as a Teacher and I am here to help you.
Teaching Personnel Cambridge, covering East Anglia are working in partnership with a Head Teacher at a Primary School in Ipswich, who are seeking a newly-qualified teacher to join them as they grow and develop their community school. With excellent opportunities for further training and career progression, you should expect to ‘get stuck in’ from Day 1!
We can ensure the correct support is in place for you at the school (i.e. NQT mentor, support with planning), in order for you to thrive as a passionate, engaging Primary Teacher.
Although this position is not immediately permanent, you may be given the opportunity to join the school permanently through an introductory period with Teaching Personnel. To apply, you must be available for a minimum of one term from September.
Benefits of registering with and working through Teaching Personnel include:
- A quick and simple route to secure your employment for September, during the period of school closures.
- Additional training materials designed by our sister company Best Practice Network, to support NQTs whose training may have been cut short due to Covid-19. This includes training on SEND, Pedagogy and Practice as well as the Curriculum.
- Ongoing support and guidance from your personal consultant at TP and members of staff at the school you are assigned to.
- Flexible working, if necessary and competitive rates of pay (all through PAYE, which means you do not have to pay an admin fee or act as self-employed).
