Polish Speaking Teaching Assistant required to support teaching and learning in a large school in Coventry

  • Play a pivotal part in raising attainment throughout school
  • £10,224 - £14,831 per annum
  • Helping Students access the curriculum

Teaching Personnel are looking for a friendly Teaching Assistant who is fluent in Polish to work in a school in Coventry. You will be responsible for interpreting between parents and teachers as well as working with small mixed ability groups of KS1/KS2 children and supporting the classroom teacher. This role involves helping children improve their literacy and numeracy as well as planning fun extra-curricular activities and charting their progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Experience of working in a similar role

A confident manner and will be able to adapt well to different situations

A genuine passion for working with KS1/KS2 children and be innovative and friendly

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
