PE assistant required Brent area

Job description

Here at Teaching Personnel we are currently seeking an enthusiastic PE assistant to work in a mainstream primary school in the Brent area. The school caters for pupils who have learning and behavioural difficulties and requires a positive role model for the position. We are looking to recruit from before October term 2018 for this role!

The successful candidate:

  • An experienced teacher- newly or fully qualified who has profound behaviour management
  • Full and clean driving licence and the ability to access a car preferably
  • Have experience working with primary school pupils
  • Experience in the education sector as well as working with multi-agency organisations

To be able to work for Teaching Personnel and be able to clear our vetting process, it is essential that you have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. If you need to gain this DBS we will be able too assist you fully at a standard cost of £44, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
