Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent SEN School in Crowborough that caters for primary, secondary and 6th form pupils across 3 individual sites.
The have a diverse range of needs which include autism, severe learning difficulties, speech and language needs, mental health and trauma as well as ADHD. We’re looking for confident and pro-active individuals who can provide pupils with the support they need to thrive in education!
This role is fully flexible and staff are able to choose if they work 1-5 days per week (subject to availability). Through our Work app staff can update their work schedule and block out any days they are unavailable to work.
The Role;
• Providing 1:1 and small group classroom support
• Assisting the class teacher and other support staff in promoting positive behaviour and ensuring pupils are engaged
• Building strong professional relationships with pupils and making the classroom a fun and safe space
• Providing support over break and lunch times

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
