Part time Teaching Assistant

About the role

-Part time Teaching Assistant required, Mon & Tues full days, AM only Wednesday

-Start date 1^st September 2025, long term temporary assignment

-Pay rate starts at £89.38 per day, can be increased depending on qualifications / experience

About the school

-Lovely small primary school near Grangetown, Cardiff

-1 form entry (approx. 120 children on roll). At least 1 LSA in every class up to year 3

-Access to free parking

-Great outdoor space for an inner-city school

-Always have positive feedback from Educators we place in there, regarding good pupil behaviour and supportive staff structure

About you

-You will have experience in working with children, preferably within a school but other environments will be considered

-You will be required to support any mainstream classes throughout KS1 or 2

-May be asked to work with learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

-You will also need to be fully registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

-To be put forward for this role, you would need to undergo a 30-minute face to face registration with Teaching Personnel which would include reference and DBS checks
