Part-Time Geography Teacher - September Start - Brixton - £120 to £220 per day!
Are you seeking a part-time teaching role from September? Do you live within a 45 minute commute of Brixton? Would you like to be paid £120 to £220 per day?!
I am currently working with a large co-ed secondary school within the heart of Brixton who are seeking a Geography teacher to work 3 days a week teaching KS3 - KS5 students.
We at Teaching Personnel are proud of the quality of service we provide our teachers. With the opportunity to develop your personal skills through our various courses and gaining valuable experience from within the classroom, we will help you to grow as a person and as a professional.
As a Geography Teacher you will be required to work along side the Head of Department to plan and deliver lessons for KS3 through to KS5 students. A desirable candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the school's culture and ethos and motivate and inspire the students within their class.
Part-Time Geography Teacher - September Start - Brixton - £120 to £220 per day!
The ideal candidate is;
- An innovative and enthusiastic Science teacher with a range of teaching experiences and qualified to teach up to Post 16.
- An outstanding teacher who combines a range of innovative teaching strategies and excellent relationships with young people.
- Someone who looks for ways to improve themselves and the school and is not afraid of taking responsibility beyond their own area.
Requirements:
- QTS/NQT desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to obtain a DBS check.
- Proof of career history from the last 6 years.
- Able to provide 2 career related references.
- Experience of teaching KS3-KS5.
- The drive and stamina to exceed school expectations and targets.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
