Are you an Overseas Trained Teacher and have recently moved to the UK? Currently looking for work but unsure where to start?
Teaching Personnel are actively looking to recruit energetic, friendly and passionate Overseas Trained Teachers from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, amongst many others, to work within Primary schools in Kensington & Chelsea. The opportunities to work within one of the most beautiful areas of London are available Long or Short Term, Full or Part Time, or simply on a day-to-day supply basis, meaning we can effectively work around your schedule and availability. The supply daily pay rates usually average between £130 and £150 based on the school and of course on your background, and you can even make up to £160 in a full classroom role with the full flexibility of agency work!
You must be a well organised, efficient and reflective teacher with high expectations of child development, learning and behaviour. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of one term experience within a school. Knowledge of the British and/or International curriculum would be beneficial though not compulsory.
Applicants must :
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be living in London and/or have plans to move to London in the near future and/or be willing to travel to West/Central London
- Hold a Child Workforce Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one - full assistance provided)
- Provide two professional or character references
- Be available to interview and/or trial asap
- Be available to start within the next two weeks
