Nursery Nurse for Hammersmith and Fulham Primary

September 2020, 35 hours per week, Term-time only, GBP65+ per day

A lovely primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham are looking to bring on two new members of nursery staff to join them in September. Having now met with their incoming student class they have identified the need to bring in additional support. Teaching Personnel have worked with this school for nearly 10 years developing a close relationship and so your personal consultant will make sure your transition into working at this school is smooth and happy.

The school is a two-form entry primary walking distance from East Acton Station. The school is based in a newly refurbished building with extensive outdoor space and a thriving Community Building. They have close links with local cultural centres providing a variety of creative experiences and have successfully secured the science mark gold and London health school silver awards recently.

The school have well embedded systems to support staff development and you will be joining a team of friendly and committed staff. In this role you will be required to build relationships with groups of children, keep track of their learning journey and ensure the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CACHE Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Experience doing observations and report writing
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm for children and childcare

The school are ideally looking for a candidate to take on a candidate on a temp to perm basis so that you work on a 20 week basis via the agency before progressing to a permanent contract with the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
