Newly Qualified Teacher Year 3 Class

One year contract with the potential for permentant appointment!

Location: Borough of Greenwich (Charlton)

Salary: MPS1

Start Date: September 2020

We are recruiting for an NQT Year 3 Teacher for a welcoming 2 form entry primary school in the Borrough of Greenwich. The school is well known for their creative, enthusiastic and friendly committee of children and staff. They are recruiting for a highly energetic Newly Qualified Teacher for their year 3 class to start in September 2020.

NQT Role and Requirements:

  • Managing a class of 25- 30 pupils
  • Contributing and liaising with your phase leader to ensure all pupils are making good progress
  • To line manage your Classroom Assistant to ensure they are used effectively in your class
  • To understand the pupil’s range of backgrounds and tailor your teaching approach towards them
  • Desire to ensure every pupil is successful
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Previous placement experience across KS1 or KS2
  • 2x good or outstanding references 
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get one
