Are you an NQT looking for your first teaching position in September of 2021? Are you still completing your training and interested in finding out what roles may be available for you? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a number of Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools across the North East region with many on an exclusive basis meaning they come to us for all of their recruitment and staffing requirements. Understandably, this is a very challenging time for teaching staff, even more so for Newly Qualfied Teachers who are new to the profession after graduating last summer, or for those due to graduate in summer of 2021. Here at Teaching Personnel, we recruit heavily for NQTs to work within schools on a permanent, temporary or day to day basis which can be either on a full or part time basis. Please see below a testimonal from one of our Newly Qualified Teachers who joined us and has been in full-time work ever since:
"Whilst working with Teaching Personnel I have always felt fully supported. Mark has been great in responding to email queries as soon as possible; calling to check-in to see how I'm doing and calling with updates that he has received from the school. He has always been completely honest with responses and kept me in the loop as soon as he found out something new. Mark has really helped with finding out as much information as possible surrounding the completion of my NQT year and always tried to stay on top of things especially regarding the length of placements and whether I was enjoying the placement etc. I cannot recommend Mark and Teaching Personnel highly enough and would say that he has made it so simple and easy that I felt I didn't have to worry about anything regarding the completion of my NQT year" - Sarah - NQT of MFL
