Upcoming vacancy at a highly reputable secondary school in Warrington; to start on Monday 7th September.

A large co-educational secondary school in the Warrington area is looking to take on a Music teacher to join them in September; initially for a term but likely to continue longer. The shool are specifically looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Music teacher who can teach up to GCSE level. The successful teacher will be required on a full time basis with applications being encouraged from teachers of all experience levels.

Important highlights of this full time Music teaching position:

-          Full time Music teacher required for the first term initially but highly likely to continue  

-          Pay will be dependent upon payscale and in line with experience: GBP24373 - GBP40490

-          Teach on an initial supply basis for the autumn term with the view to progress onto a school based contract for the spring and summer terms as required

-          ‘Outstanding’ co-educational, Warrington school with great support and pleasant atmosphere

-          Work within the very supportive Open Arts department

This school is consistently oversubscribed and is considered to be large with over 1000 pupils in attendance. As a result, they are looking to recruit a Music teacher that can echo this ethos and values, being forward thinking and instrumental in developing new schemes of work within the faculty.

Being located in the central Warrington area, this 11 – 16 school is an integral part of the community and is an outstanding school. The successful teacher of Music applying will be required to take on all additional responsibility with full support from the department and opportunity to have input on schemes of work. It is easy to commute to for any teachers in the nearby areas of St Helens, Warrington, Lymm, Trafford, Urmston, Widnes and even Wigan. The school is serviced well by local buses and the M62 motorway network.
