We’d love to hear from people with experience in education, youth work, or mentoring who are confident supporting young people with varied needs. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust are essential qualities for this role. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) will also be required.

In return, TP Tutors offers:

  • Flexible hours during the school day

  • Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella company fees

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

  • Opportunities for further CPD and training
