With additional requirements for Maths tutors at this crucial time in the academic year, Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a number of tutors on behalf of our client Secondary schools.
Maths Tutor
- Maths tutor required to work within a number of schools in Chichester and surrounding areas.
- Tutoring students at GCSE level who may need additional support in Maths.
- Competitive daily pay rates
- Working initially on a temporary basis with the prospect of a permanent role.
- Flexible work tailored to your availability.
This role is particularly suited to Maths graduates wishing to gain experience within a Secondary school setting prior to completing a teacher training course in the future or an experienced Maths teacher aiming to take a step back from full class teaching.
This Maths tutor position will require you to work alongside pupils who are in need of additional support in order to achieve their target grade; this could be on a 1:1 basis or leading small group intervention sessions. It is important that you are a calm and patient individual who has a real interest in pupil development and their achievement in class.
The schools that you will be working in will offer you complete support throughout your time in school and will provide you with all the necessary resources required to deliver effective tuition. This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to have a real impact on pupil’s development and learning.
