A secondary school in London are looking to appoint an Maths graduate Teaching Assistant with immediate effect. The school are looking for a motivated Maths graduate who has school-based experience from a previous role and a fun, enthusiastic nature. It is expected that you will have a passionate approach to learning and the skills to inspire a love for education in your students. This Teaching Assistant post requires a graduate who has the skills to accurately convey their subject knowledge to the pupils them are working with in a fun and understandable fashion.

In this Maths Teaching Assistant post you will be working in the Maths department supporting pupils of all abilities. This Maths Teaching Assistant position involves bringing your knowledge of the subject into the classroom to support teachers and senior leaders. In this Teaching Assistant role you will be afforded the opportunity to lead classes which will help to develop your future teaching acumen. Day-to-day, you will be aiding the development of students through 1:1 and group sessions outside of the classroom environment.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
