• To deliver fully engaging and well differentiated lessons to Key Stage 5 Maths.
• To Utilise the department's support staff effectively will ensure that every child fulfils their potential in Maths.
• To ensure you have the ability and patience to build the confidence of less able students whilst simultaneously extending the learning of the more able learners.
