Teaching Personnel are seeking a well-qualified, industrious and talented Maths teacher to join our Ofsted 'Outstanding' partner school located close to the Universities in central Manchester. Due to a staffing requirement in the Maths department, our partner school now has a vacancy for a Maths teacher to join the school from April 2019 until the end of the academic year on a full-time temporary basis. Whilst this is a temporary position in the first instance, the school has a number of upcoming permanent positions for the following academic year that would become available for the successful applicant.
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher of Maths that has the ability to teach Mathematics across the age and ability range up to GCSE level, or A Level. The successful teacher will be a strong team player with a passion for teaching and learning that energises young people and allows them to develop the skills and attitudes they will need for the future. Our partner school is socially inclusive and has equal opportunities for all students and staff.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our very successful and over-subscribed Ofsted 'Outstanding' school in central Manchester. The school is located near to the Universities in central Manchester and is easily accessible via public transport and Metro links. Our partner school currently has around 1300 students on roll aged 11-18, supported by a hugely talented and hard-working staff team: 'The quality of teaching is outstanding' (Ofsted 2014).
