Teacher of Maths
Due to a gap in department we are currently seeking an experienced Maths Teacher to join our partnership secondary school from Monday 20th April. This is a full time position from April 2020 which would involve teaching Maths to both KS3 and KS4 level, as well as including full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking.

The school:
Our client school is a modern Secondary School in the Derby area. With state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive Maths department, this is a perfect opportunity for any Maths teacher seeking an introduction to their first position, or a more experienced Maths teacher seeking a new challenge for the academic year.
Due to a gap in the Maths department we urgently require a Maths Teacher to join our client school on a full time basis from April 2020. They will be required to teach Maths to KS3 and GCSE level and will involve full department responsibilities including planning and marking. The school quote: "We require a passionate teacher who is dedicated to delivering interactive lessons and raising attainment through engaging and inspiring learning.”
Duties Include:
- Planning and delivering lesson plans for mixed ability groups with the aim of raising attainment throughout the department
- Evaluating performance of pupils and putting in place plans for their development
- Full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking
- Collaborate with pupils, parents and other staff in the department to maximise all pupils potential
