Teaching Personnel are currently supporting Wigan based 11-16 secondary school recruit a Maths teacher ahead of the new academic year.

Due to a member of staff gaining internal promotion, this 11-16 mixed comprehensive secondary school wish to appoint a Maths teacher ahead of the new academic year.

The successful Maths teacher will be fully committed to all departmental responsibilities, including; Planning and marking, following schemes of work, attending regular training and development opportunities and half termly parents evenings.

During the schools most recent Ofsted inspection in 2017, the leadership of Mathematics was identified as a particular strength of the school as well as strong leadership and exemplary pupil behaviour. This is a well facilitated and newly built secondary school in the heart of Wigan, situated on the outskirts of Orrell with excellent public transport links. The school is easily accessible from the surrounding areas; St Helens, Chorley, Bolton, Leigh, Salford, Golborne and Standish.
