Teacher of Mathematics (Northampton)
Teaching Personnel are currently assisting a Northamptonshire based secondary school in their search for a teacher of Mathematics. On their most recent inspection, Ofsted described the school community as "cohesive and harmonious"; a reflection of their aim to provide a personalised yet inclusive approach to learning while placing students at the centre of all they do. An exciting curriculum is combined with a vibrant learning environment which inspires pupils to achieve their aspirations. The school are passionate celebrating achievement, encouraging creativity and respecting individuality among their students. Students are motivated and perform to the best of their ability due to exceptional teaching and supportive staff. The successful candidate will be required to teach Mathematics up to Key Stage 4 and the ability to teach Key stage 5 would be advantageous. An immediate start would be ideal however the start date can be negotiated.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced and engaging teacher of Mathematics
- Be passionate about Maths and create a sense of excitement among students towards the subject
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be capable of monitoring results to ensure student progress is made
- Create dynamic lessons that cater to all learning styles and abilities
- Work collaboratively with the department to ensure standards remain high
