Teaching Personnel are currently seeking applications from Maths teachers of all experience levels (NQT's included) for an exciting role within one of our key partner secondary schools based on the outskirts of Wigan.

This large secondary school have an open gap within their Maths department and are advertising for this post on a 12 month fixed term basis from September 2019. The successful applicant will be employed on a temporary basis in the first instance however a permanent position will be available following a successful first 12 month placement at the school.

As this is a full-time role, planning and marking responsibilities will be included and teachers must take responsibility of the achievement of their pupils ensuring that each student has the opportunity to achieve way above their target grades.

This secondary school can be found close to the Standish area of Wigan making it accessible from surrounding areas such as Bolton, Chorley and Preston. The school is well respected within the local community and regularly achieves excellent results in Maths, the school also achieved an above average progress 8 score in comparison to other schools in the local area.
