Maths teacher – Manchester

A high performing all Girls Secondary school in Manchester are looking to seek a dynamic, enthusiastic Maths teacher to join their department. The school are looking for a Maths teacher for the last term with the chances for the role to become permanent.

The school is located just outside the city centre and is easily accessible for any successful Maths teacher. The successful Maths teacher will need to bring a positive atmosphere to the faculty and the classroom and for their main focus to be educate, motivate and inspire the pupils to go above and beyond. The school has 975 girls on roll with 13.4% of the students with English as an additional language below than the national average. The schools main ethos is for the pupils to become positive influences to the community. The successful Maths teacher will be working along a faculty and a department who have high expectations of their students and are looking for the successful Maths teacher to do the same. Extra funding at the school is put towards the pupils for them to have 1:1 sessions to with the pupils to make sure all the girls achieve their goals. The position of the successful Maths teacher is open to newly qualified and experienced teachers to apply. The position of the successful Maths teacher is a great opportunity for any teachers to work within an outstanding school and a gain a whole new skill set as the school are geared towards the staff’s progression as well as the pupils.

Ideally the successful Maths teacher will have a DBS on the update service and suitable school based references. The school is an averaged sized school with a large supportive faculty.
