Maths Teacher – Secondary School – Levenshulme – September 2025 Start – Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)

A high-performing secondary school in Levenshulme is seeking a talented Maths Teacher to join their successful Maths department from September 2025. This is a full-time role, and the school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential for KS5 if appropriate

  • Plan, assess, and monitor pupil progress to ensure all students are supported and stretched

  • Contribute to departmental planning and share best practice with a collaborative team

  • Promote mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills in line with the school’s high academic standards

  • Support pupils of all abilities, including through targeted interventions or small group work

  • Location: Levenshulme, South Manchester

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

  • Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)

  • Suitability: Open to experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
