Maths Teacher

A secondary school in Bury is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to make a difference in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students build confidence and develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. You’ll be part of a collaborative department, with access to CPD and opportunities to grow professionally throughout the academic year.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be an ECT with a strong subject knowledge.

• Be confident in delivering the maths curriculum to secondary-age students.

• Have a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people.

• Be proactive, organised, and a strong team player.

• Be committed to maintaining high standards in behaviour and achievement.
