Maths Teacher – Ofsted ‘Good’ Secondary School in Bramhall
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)

A high-performing, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Bramhall is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to teach within a supportive and well-resourced department.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, this role provides a dynamic environment where staff are encouraged to innovate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with potential KS5 depending on experience)

  • Create an inclusive and challenging learning environment where all students can thrive

  • Assess, track and report on student progress, using data to inform teaching

  • Contribute to department planning, CPD, and whole-school initiatives

  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education

  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners

  • Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student success

  • A team player with a collaborative and reflective approach
