HOD Maths - Surrey

The School – HOD - Maths
This SEN School aims to identify and nurture the extraordinary talents and creativity that children with complex needs including ASD and Speech and Language Communication Difficulties, often possess to enable them to flourish, experience success and fulfil their potential, in a safe and supportive learning environment. The level of pastoral care is apparent from the moment you walk through the door. This is a school of high challenge and high expectations but supporting this is a team of dedicated staff whose shared belief is that our children can succeed with their help.
Person Specification – HOD - Maths
To be successful, you will be personable HOD MATHS who has previous and extensive experience teaching children with SEN requirements. We want to meet teachers who can bring a fresh wave of ideas and enthusiasm to forward the schools improvement drive. The ideal individual for this HOD MATHS post should be able to integrate with other teachers to become a firm member of the team as well as find independent working practices that work for them and the school. In this HOD MATHS role, you will provide a passion for education that lends determination and resilience to your personal and professional character.
