Maths teacher needed for 'good' secondary school in Redcar

One of our client schools in Redcar is seeking a skilled teacher to join their Mathematics department to work three days a week on a long-term basis. Ideally, applicants need to have prior experience delivering GCSE Maths curriculum as you will be teaching KS4 students predominantly, though there may also be A-Level work involved. You will be expected to produce consistently-excellent lesson plans that reflect exam board specifications adequately . If you are a confident individual, driven by the prospect of new challenges, then this role would be ideal for you!

OVERVIEW

  • Role commencing after Christmas on a full-time basis
  • Producing a scheme of work to deliver Maths curriculum to Key Stages 3-5, ensuring students make steady progress and that those who fall behind target are given the necessary support
  • Full-time position
  • Fantastic rates of pay available, ranging from £120-160
  • Candidate may be offered a fixed-term contract (at the discretion of the school)
