Teaching Personnel are proud to be working alongside a forward-thinking primary school in Dorchester to recruit an enthusiastic Art and Science Teacher to work within Upper Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate teacher who enjoys inspiring curiosity, critical thinking and creativity in the classroom.

The Role:

• Teaching Art and Science to Upper KS2 pupils
• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Encouraging creativity, experimentation and hands-on learning
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with a supportive leadership and teaching team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or has relevant Upper KS2 teaching experience
• Confident delivering both Art and Science
• Strong classroom management skills
• Creative, organised and enthusiastic
• DBS on the Update Service preferred, but candidates are welcome to apply for a DBS through Teaching Personnel
