Job description

Key Stage 2 Teacher
Location: Near Bridport
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP – after February half term
Pay: Paid to scale from £168.80 per day

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school near Bridport to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher for a full-time position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely, collaborative team in a school that values staff wellbeing and high-quality teaching.

The Role:

  • Full-time KS2 class teacher

  • 5 days per week

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

  • Working closely with a supportive leadership and teaching team

  • Monitoring pupil progress and supporting individual learning needs

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS or has relevant KS2 teaching experience

  • Confident managing a KS2 classroom

  • Enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable

  • Happy to commute to the Bridport area

  • DBS on the Update Service preferred, but applicants without a DBS are welcome to apply — Teaching Personnel can support with the application process
