We are looking to hire several teachers eager for a new role and a new challenge in September. The roles we have available are full-time and interviewing in the next few weeks. There are many schools in the area also looking for Maths teachers, but this specific school is a modern complex with newly built facilities aimed at assisting teachers and improving students learning.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have UK recognised teaching qualifications such as a BSc, QTS or PGCE; experience teaching Secondary level (KS3-4) maths; is available and looking for a new role in September.

About the School

This school located in an area with open greens and access to sporting facilities. There is an atmosphere focused on partnership and the staff are devoted to helping students achieve their full potential as well as harnessing their talents. There is a wireless infrastructure, interactive whiteboards, two libraries and a newly refurbished learning resource centre included in the modern facilities.

The school have a focus on four key areas to ensure their high standards are maintained; a strong behaviour code, a rich and varied curriculum, high quality teaching and learning, and rigorous tacking systems. The school have high expectations of their students, but with close mentoring and committed staff students have all the tools the need to succeed.

About the Role

  • A full-time role; 5 days-a-week, working 8:30 till 15:30
  • Interviews are commencing in the next two weeks for a September start date
  • The candidate will be expected to plan, prepare and provide feedback on lessons
  • There will be school activities and events which the candidate would be expected to participate in

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
