Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups, following pre-set lesson plans where provided.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles, providing consistent and high-quality teaching.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report any issues or concerns to school leadership.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards different teaching environments.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
