Key Responsibilities:

• Support Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, working closely with teaching staff

• Deliver small-group or 1:1 interventions to reinforce key concepts and build student confidence

• Help prepare engaging resources and assist with assessments

• Monitor progress and provide academic and emotional support to pupils

• Contribute to creating a positive and focused learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed

• Organised, reliable, and proactive in your approach

• Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
