Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional academic or emotional support

• Assist in behaviour management and the creation of a positive classroom environment

• Help prepare lesson resources and classroom materials

• Track and report on student progress to support their development

Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate in any subject (English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities, etc.)

• Passionate about working with young people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn

• Previous experience working or volunteering with children is beneficial but not essential
