Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Science department in delivering engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics

• Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group support to students who need extra help

• Assist with practical lessons, experiment preparation and equipment setup

• Monitor student progress and help maintain a positive learning environment

• Encourage curiosity and confidence in scientific enquiry and thinking

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or similar)

• Passionate about science education and helping young people succeed

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
