This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates interested in careers in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or SEND support. You'll gain valuable, hands-on experience in the classroom while making a real impact on students’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects

• Work 1:1 or with small groups of students who need additional help

• Assist in lesson planning, resource preparation and classroom management

• Provide support for students with SEN or behavioural needs

• Build positive relationships with students and staff, promoting a supportive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in any subject (English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities – all welcome)

• Passionate about education and working with young people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, reliable and eager to learn

• Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young people is a plus
